Eesti Energia is a Voluntary Central Purchasing Body appointed by the Government of the Republic.
Central purchasing is an opportunity where a Central Purchasing Body conducts a large-scale central public procurement. Under the resulting framework contract
or procurement system, all other entities required to procure the goods and services themselves can purchase them without a call for tenders.
Due to the large volumes, centralized and joint purchasing allows for discounts that are not offered in small quantities.
