Eesti Energia's governing bodies are the General Assembly, the Supervisory Board, the Management Board and the Audit Committee
- The General Assembly is the highest governing body of the company, which appoints the company's Supervisory Board.
- The Supervisory Board appoints and oversees the activities of the Management Board.
- The Audit Committee advises the Supervisory Board on supervisory issues.
